“NEW STAR" RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
In the future new house of our Client, based on the architecture of the room and wishes, we saw a contrasting interior in the style of modern eclecticism (a mix of several).
We used the already purchased parquet, as well as the selected doors and "made friends" with a variety of textures, shapes and colors. The base on the walls is a light, light gray decorative plaster "under concrete", which continues on the ceiling to visually increase its height and give volume to the whole room, as well as to avoid the feeling of a "roof" over the head, taking into account the open space. The feeling of warmth and coziness in the apartment is given by the introduction into the interior of a muted red color of the fabric of the sofa, the stripes of the armchair, metallized coating of the upper facades of the kitchen under aged copper, as well as balanced throughout the room decorative lighting: sconces, stones in the floor of the hall, lamps at different heights in the partition with a console and mirror, neon inscription "think about things different" in the kitchen area, countertop lighting and vertical stripes behind the twee in the dining room. In addition to the main covering, the walls are decorated with stone panels imitating rocks in the dining area and on the fireplace opposite, which is reflected in patinated mirror panels on the pillars.
When designing the layout, we lacked at least a small hallway area, so for proper ergonomics we added a decorative partition, which is located closer to the front door for ease of use when entering the apartment and can be bypassed from all sides. On the living room side it is finished with stone, the same as the island and apron in the kitchen and the shelf under the TV, and on the other side there is a full-length mirror. We did not overload the interior with chandeliers and placed only one suspended laconic lamp above the living room area, which works well paired with sconces. The main light in the hall is cylinders, in other zones - built-in lamps. The interior turned out to be laconic, interesting and timeless, as desired by the client.
